Booking Rules

• All payments to be made
  at the time of booking.
• All extras to be
  settled in Cash / Credit Cards at time of check-out.
• We accept all major
  Credit Cards.

Our Cancellation / Refund Policy

Cancellation Rules:

• Bookings cancelled 15 days prior to date of arrival, refund of 100%
  will be applicable.
• Bookings cancelled within 14 to 7 days prior to date of arrival,
  refund of 50% will be applicable.
• Bookings cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival , no refund
  will be applicable.

REFUND POLICY

• Payments made by Cash / Cheque / Bank Transfer will be refunded in
  the same manner of Cash / Cheque / Bank Transfer.
• For cancellation of On Line / Credit Card payments, a charge of 5%
  will be levied.
• Refunds will be credited into guest bank account within 7 to 10
  days.
• For part cancellation (decrease in number of rooms etc), above
  cancellation charges on a pro-rata basis will apply.
• Rooms booked once cannot be downgraded, but can be upgraded on
  paying the difference in tariff.
• No refunds will be applicable for sudden departures.

Child Policy

Complimentary stay for two children up to 5
years of age without extra bed.

Children below 5 years can enjoy meals as per
the original meal plans booked by their parents / guardian.

Extra beds will be charged for children above 5
years.
